  I recently stopped in the store to check out what they carried. Someone came out to ask if they could help me, they almost seemed put out and confused by my presence. I wasn't sure if I was in a sales type store. There were clearly models around what appeared to be a showroom. It was a very odd encounter and I was not treated as a curious customer. No offers were made to tell me about the store, what they offer or any of their inventory. I finally had to ask "how it worked" and I was told that they send someone to your home to write up an estimate and then the customer comes back to pick out what they want. That, too seemed odd and backwards. I prefer to support small businesses rather than the big box stores but I won't be giving my money to anyone who doesn't seem to want it. Maybe they do a good job but I couldn't get passed the questionable customer service.
